Terms
Vicinism is not yet a formed legal entity. Entity formation, LegalShield/counsel review, and final launch approval are pending. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner for this public preview.
These draft terms describe the intended use of the Vicinism preview, the public trust records, and the orientation quiz. They are under legal and governance review and are not final live-membership terms.
Membership boundary
Membership payment and activation are not open yet. Public member accounts, recovery links, receipts, refunds, recurring billing, and live card collection remain closed until entity formation, counsel review, and separate go-live approval are complete.
Use and conduct
Members and participants must respect equal dignity, nonviolence, due process, privacy, intellectual honesty, and the rights floor. Misconduct reports, privacy requests, accessibility issues, and correction requests are routed through the contact form so there is a durable record.
Changes
Material policy changes require a new version id, effective date, owner review, approval authority, and a public correction or version-history note. Draft records remain visible as draft/pending review records until final approval exists.
Launch boundary: these records are draft and under legal and governance review. Live payment collection, public activation claims, active chapter claims, story claims, donor totals, and success metrics remain disabled until separate verified records approve them.
