Unity without uniformity
Financial Transparency
Financial disclosure rules for member dues, donor claims, budgets, reports, conflicts, and corrections.
Financial Transparency
Vicinism is not yet a formed legal entity. Entity formation, LegalShield/counsel review, and final launch approval are pending. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner for this public preview.
No donor totals, active budgets, project spending totals, member dues, or success metrics are claimed in this preview because no verified movement finance records have been provided and payment collection is closed. That absence is part of the public record.
What must be disclosed
Future public finance reports must separate member dues, donations, grants, merchandise, sponsorships, vendor payments, program expenses, administration, reserves, restricted funds, and corrections. Reports must name the reporting period, owner, approval authority, source records, and next review date.
Donor and conflict rules
Financial support may not buy governance control, chapter claims, story placement, policy promises, or removal of minority reports. Material donor, vendor, staff, and steward conflicts must be disclosed before a related decision is made.
Corrections
Finance corrections publish the affected report, the original figure or claim, the corrected figure or claim, the source of the change, and the responsible steward.
Launch boundary: these records are draft and under legal and governance review. Live payment collection, public activation claims, active chapter claims, story claims, donor totals, and success metrics remain disabled until separate verified records approve them.
