Vicinism is not yet a formed legal entity. Entity formation, LegalShield/counsel review, and final launch approval are pending. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner for this public preview.

Vicinism collects only the information needed to operate this controlled preview. Contact messages post through a private server-side route to a Discnxt-managed Google Workspace mailbox. Public membership payment and activation are not open yet. The public site does not expose staff destinations, Stripe secrets, or private routing tables.

Information received

• Contact form fields: name, email, optional postal code, selected topic, consent flag, and message body.
• Membership education state: quiz completion can be shown in the browser, but public member account creation, recovery, payment, receipt, and activation are closed until entity formation and counsel review are complete.
• Payment data is not collected while the gate is closed. Vicinism does not store card numbers.

Retention and requests

Local contact logs keep delivery metadata only, including delivery status and Gmail id, for up to 90 days unless needed for abuse, security, or legal review. Contact message bodies live in the recipient Workspace mailbox under Workspace retention. There are no active public member accounts while the gate is closed. Privacy access, correction, deletion, and DSAR requests route through the Privacy request topic on the contact form.

Analytics, tracking, and access routing

No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking is enabled on this preview. If analytics are added later, this page must be updated before launch and a tracking preference path must be published. Accessibility requests route through the Accessibility topic on the contact form and receive the same private delivery handling.
