Unity without uniformity
Governance
Governance rules for roles, terms, selection, removal, conflicts, anti-capture, appeals, minority reports, and corrections.
Governance
Vicinism is not yet a formed legal entity. Entity formation, LegalShield/counsel review, and final launch approval are pending. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner for this public preview.
Vicinism governance is provisional in this preview. The operating rule is local power inside a universal rights floor, with public records strong enough to prevent founder capture, donor capture, partisan capture, and unreviewable steward authority.
Roles, terms, selection, and removal
No temporary steward roster is final. JC Gonzalez-Ramirez is the only interim accountable owner named for this preview. Public chapter roles must publish scope of authority, term length, selection method, removal method, conflict rules, and appeal route before claiming active chapter status.
Conflicts and anti-capture
Decision makers must disclose direct financial, family, employer, vendor, partisan, donor, or personal conflicts before acting. Major decisions must keep enough public reasoning for dissenters to understand the evidence, tradeoffs, votes, minority reports, and correction path.
Due process and federation
Local chapters may adapt priorities to place, but they may not violate equal dignity, nonviolence, anti-corruption, privacy, or the rights floor. Appeals and escalations move to the closest uninvolved body capable of review.
Launch boundary: these records are draft and under legal and governance review. Live payment collection, public activation claims, active chapter claims, story claims, donor totals, and success metrics remain disabled until separate verified records approve them.
